In this video interview, Dr. Erica reveals the many different meanings and aspects of love. In her doctoral dissertation she had studied the powerful, lifelong effects of mother-infant bonding and how that often plays out in later life. 
She reminds us about the many ways love influences and is affected by our sexuality and why touch, especially gentle loving touch, is so important for aligning our brain, heart and gut to enable the capacity for true and lasting intimacy.
